I am so enjoying Refeel Yoga! I want to tell you a little about myself so you can get to know me a little bit as there are thousands of miles between us! I live in California and have been learning how to sing for the last few years. I must say the breath work we do in your classes has help strengthen my voice tremendously and I always include the breathing exercises in my practice. So thank you for that!
I also want to send you both lots of love during the Christmas season. For the last 5 years I have been making a holiday video of me singing a Christmas song for my friends and family. I am including the link so you can "see" me a bit more and hear how my voice sounds - I am so pleased with this year's performance! I am loving Kundalini more and more because of Refeel Yoga. You are helping me live to my fullest (and kindest) creative potential!
