Hello beautiful Refeel Yogis!
In my latest Kriya class, "Shortcut to Meditation", I included a 15min meditation at the end of the practice. I would love to hear your feedback on this addition. How do you feel about having meditation included at the end of a class? Is 15min too long/short? Do you prefer silent meditation or music meditation?
I know many of you are busy with the Kundalini Maintenance challenge. But for those of you who have done this class, or when you get time to do it, I would love your feedback 🙏💝
