I've spent more than a decade practicing and teaching yoga. My work is with energy and awareness, through Pranayama, Kriya, Kundalini and traditional Hatha Yoga, rooted in the philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism. I love taking complex, esoteric teachings and making them simple enough to feel in your own body, so every class becomes a doorway to a more expanded state of mind.
