This course is for anyone ready to take their personal growth to the next level—whether you’re a total beginner or already on a spiritual path. No previous yoga or manifestation experience is required.
WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE I JOIN?
A yoga mat, a dedicated notebook or journal, and a quiet space to practice. Optional: candles, crystals, and incense to create a sacred atmosphere.
HOW LONG IS EACH CLASS?
Each video class is 30 to 60 minutes long and divided into three parts: introduction, practice, and self-inquiry. You can complete it all at once or in segments based on your schedule.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO COMPLETE THIS COURSE?
The course is designed as a 30-day journey, with one class released each day. Each session lasts about 45–60 minutes and includes Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation, and a short Self-inquiry task. You can follow along daily or move at your own pace, once you sign up, you’ll have lifetime access to revisit any class whenever you need.
