  • DO I NEED ANY PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE?

No prior knowledge of Yoga or Chakras is necessary. We'll provide you with everything you need to know.


  • WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE JOINING?

You'll need a Yoga mat, a quiet space for at least an hour per lesson, and potentially a pillow or Yoga block for some postures (as advised at the beginning of each class). Bring an open mind and be ready to succeed!


  • WILL THIS COURSE CONTRADICT MY CURRENT YOGA PRACTICE?

No. This course introduces various styles to promote growth and exploration. All Yoga practices are expansive, and no true system contradicts another. Discover what resonates with you and works best for your journey.
