DO I NEED ANY PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE?

WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE JOINING?
You'll need a Yoga mat, a quiet space for at least an hour per lesson, and potentially a pillow or Yoga block for some postures (as advised at the beginning of each class). Bring an open mind and be ready to succeed!
WILL THIS COURSE CONTRADICT MY CURRENT YOGA PRACTICE?
