FAQ

  • IS THIS COURSE FOR ME?

This course is designed for those looking to experience higher states of consciousness and reach their potential through Kundalini Yoga.

  • DOES THIS COURSE REQUIRE ANY PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE?

While each class is described in great detail, this is not a beginner course. Before attempting the Master Kriya you should be familiar with Breath of Fire, Ujjayi Pranayama and the 3 Bandhas.

  • WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE I JOIN?

You will need a Yoga mat, comfortable clothing and a quiet space to practice. Maybe a pillow or Yoga block for meditation. And your intention and aspiration towards transformation.

  • HOW LONG WILL THIS COURSE TAKE ME TO COMPLETE?

At the very minimum it will take at least 5 days to complete this course. However to receive the full benefits of this practice each phase should be completely comfortable before moving on to the next.

I recommend taking 1 week to practice each phase of the Master Kriya before moving on to the next. For a total of 5 weeks.

Once you are familiar with each of the parts you can choose to perform the full Master Kriya or only to practice 1 or 2 parts daily. Whatever best fits your schedule!

Of course, the more consistent you are with your practice the higher the state of consciousness you will obtain.

Remember that Yoga is a spiritual practice with the primary intention of expanding consciousness and experiencing liberation.

Any purported physical benefits are merely secondary side effects and may or may not happen for every practitioner. All practices must be done with awareness, in a state of comfort. Not all practices are suitable for everyone. If you are unsure if a practice is safe and appropriate for you check with a qualified spiritual advisor and medical professional before attempting any such practices.
