I just finished filming our next 30 Day Kundalini program and I'm feeling full of energy, expansive and I wanted to share the good news with you 🥰
This will be the first big refeelyoga.com exclusive program - one of many more to come. And I am so happy to have so many beautiful souls here to share this next journey with.

Now that I have finished with the recording, we are going into our Chakra Journey Yoga Retreat - which starts tomorrow! - And then through July I will go through the process of editing and uploading.
I am planning to debut this program starting on July 1st, 2023 so mark your calendars!

I will be creating a separate community group for those who wish to participate in the journey together, so let me know in the comments below if you're in!
