This course is ideal anyone seeking personal growth and development, those looking to better understand this emotions, and individuals interested in learning "Shadow Work" techniques to heal emotional wounds and past traumas


  • IS SHADOW WORK SAFE?

Shadow work involves creating a safe space to experience intense emotions, difficult memories, and past traumas. While not dangerous, it can bring up uncomfortable experiences. This is an important part of the healing process and should always be approached with care and compassion. As with any self-practice, participate with awareness and never push past your limitations. We provide many tools to handle difficult emotions and offer support via email or video chat if needed.


  • WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE I JOIN?

You'll need a yoga mat and a quiet space for at least an hour per lesson. A pillow or yoga block may be helpful for some postures (you'll be informed at the beginning of each class). Apart from that, come as you are with an open mind, and you'll surely succeed!


  • I ALREADY PRACTICE YOGA, WILL THIS CONTRADICT MY CURRENT PRACTICE?

This course offers a transformational experience for everyone, regardless of previous experience with any yogic style. As we primarily focus on working with emotions and Shadow Work, this course will enhance the energetic capacity of any style of practice.


  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE ME TO COMPLETE THIS COURSE?

Your approach to this course is entirely up to you. In its most condensed form, the program could be taken as a week-long retreat, with both morning and evening practices. However, to experience the fullest benefits and truly delve deeper into each practice, we recommend spending around six months to go through the entire process. Many of the Shadow Work techniques are recommended to repeat for up to 21 days, or as needed. And the yoga classes for the chakras will become more potent with each repetition. By investing this time in your emotional and spiritual growth, you'll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and emerge transformed. We hope the insights and tools from this course will benefit you for a lifetime!
