This is so helpful and will be wonderful "fuel" :) for my contemplations today.  Also, I did a brief 20 minute practice today of spine warm ups and the wake-up series because I don' t have time today to the Ego Eradicator class (which I love!).  I be back in the sequence tomorrow. Hi Andrew, is the sexual energy supposed to be transformed? upwards to Ajna Chakra? Is it transformed from raw desire into an enlightened state?  this was a challenging practice for me today but as always so glad I did it. thank you and xoxo
