Hi Karen,  thank you for this lovely comment. I, too, have been having an experience of becoming more internal and in my conversations with others am finding it easier to just be in silence with them, not withdrawn but more grounded as you say with less of a need to interject my opinions. It feels nice! xoox

Good morning, Andrew! First, your studio looks beautiful! I love the corner with the tall table matching the skyscraper in the background - so dramatic and balanced at the same time.  Second, I really needed this class today. My mind is very active with family drama and even though it was busy during the meditations today, I was able to see my mind'ds activity more clearly and I heard other areas of my body (especially my feet and hands) calling me to bring my attention to them. This gave my mind a little rest and even a smile as when my big toes called to me, "hey! down here!".  My physical body helped bring me into the present moment and then I could return to Ajna chakra. Very interesting! xoxo

Thank you, Andrew! I just love all practices associated with Vishuddha chakra! I always find them grounding and elevating simultaneously. I will be adding Bee Breath to my singing warm-ups too. xoxo

Hi Karen, I agree! There is something magical about Kundalini and the way Andrew presents it. Here’s to more ascension! Xoxo

I love you too, Andrew! This class was challenging because my mind was full of self-judgment and negativity today. However, I am feeling much better and softer after this class. I say, “go for it!” with the peak pose cobra class! I love it and it is so good for my lower back too! Xoxo

Hi Karen, I also thought I might have to drop into sphinx but like you, the pranayama and the notion that it was only 5 minutes helped me stay in the pose. I did use a pillow under my belly and that helped too. Have a beautiful day! Xoxo
