Wonderful! I practiced a similar technique back in my 20's through a Tibetan form of meditation. The teacher said raising the tongue to the roof of the mouth connected a circuit in the body. I don't remember the name but it was a practice of circulating the micro-orbit within the body. Wish I had stuck with it! Thank you for  sharing the knowledge. 

WOW! That was an amazing class. When we worked on the Anahata Chakra, I had an intense emotional release. That was a first. WHOA! Thank you and Namaste Clelia!

Started out great. For some reason the video kept freezing at the 4:27 mark. Other videos are fine. I refreshed the screen several times. Just an FYI. I don't know if anyone else had this issue.
