I had to take some time to send out gratitude and thanks to Andrew & Clelia. (I hope you wonā€™t be offended)Ā

I started my journey with them well over 2 years ago I believe after Ā I was led to one of their vids on YouTube after a health scare I had.Ā

Through their amazing energy and masterful way of teaching Kundalini I was eventually led to breathwork where i eventually became a Soma Certified Breathwork Instructor. Without them I would not be on this amazing journey. Weā€™re so blessed to have access to you both and the knowledge you purvey.Ā

One of the amazing things Iā€™ve loved on this journey is learning how thousand + year old pranayama and kundalini technique benefits are now being proven by modern science.Ā

For Instance chanting ā€œAumā€ activates our vagus nerve. This helps take us out of fight/flight (sympathetic nervous system) putting us into rest/digest mode (parasympathetic nervous system)! Practicing Mula Bandha not only helps (among other things) strengthen our pelvic region it creates a positive stress response which helps create adaptability and resilience.Ā So many other benefits to!Ā

Crazy to think without all the modern science and gadgets these yogis were able to create these techniques that we are enjoying millennia later!Ā

Again Iā€™m so grateful to you both!Ā

Thank you for letting me post.Ā

I've been practicing with you and Clelia for almost a year now. Steadier for the past 8 months or so. All of it has been an awesome journey.

I'm wondering if there might be a better schedule for enhancing my practice/growth than what I am doing now. Currently, I wake up and do whatever class I feel like that day. Would it be better to do one class straight for a week or so and then move on? Or a better flow than what I am doing now? I realize there is a certain freedom and flexibility in how I practice now, but I'd like to see if there is something better. Does that make sense? Namaste!

Iā€™m interested to find out more about the esoteric side of Kundalini. Iā€™ve had some interesting experiences but would like to know everyone elseā€™s experiences if theyā€˜ve had any and want to share.Ā

Iā€™ve at times felt like my body was floating, have had intense emotional releases, and have felt like I was in other places besides this reality. Often when Andrew says ā€œGently coming back,ā€ I generally donā€™t want to. Lol. I have no intention of these experiences going in to whichever practice I do for the day.Ā

Itā€™s been an awesome ride with Andrew and Clelia!Ā

Thank you!Ā

I was going through one of the folders on my computer and came across one of the trainings I gave to agents about a year before my stroke (which was 2.5 years ago) At the end of the training is the phrase "Yad Bhavan tad bhavati."

I have in my notes that this is a roughly 3000 year old Yogic saying translated to "You become as you think." I don't remember where I borrowed it from, but I hope someone in the community finds it useful and relevant for themselves!Ā
