Hi Andrew, to catch up with the group I did Days 16, 17, and 18 in a row. I feel very calm and purified especially after enjoying too much delicious food and wine with my aunt! I also feel very connected to Agni the divine will and my strong desire to free myself from the reactivity and agitation of judgement and opinion, to more deeply embrace non-attachment and loving kindness. I am ready! Xoxo

Thank you, Andrew. I always love learning new techniques and ways to connect with my physical body. Xoxo

Thank you so much Andrew for another humbling practice. I had to take a lot of breaks in half headstand.

I love the frogs too, Rachel. They make me feel so flexible and youthful. :)

hi Andrew, Thank you for this thoughtful commentary. I appreciate your words on the idea of the good and the bad as being necessary to keep Life in balance. It reminds me to not get to attached to any one state of mind or emotion.  I am getting excited to start journey through the chakras in June. It is my reward to myself for practicing Refeel Yoga every day (almost) since January!

Hi Andrew! I loved this class today. I had the sense of communicating with a higher being, a voice telling me to not be afraid. It was a little scary actually but I also know it is consciousness opening up more within me, helping understand what “letting go” really means. Thank you and xoxo

Hi Andrew, I never considered that Ajna is a seat of intuition. I always think of intuition as living in the gut. This will be my contemplation for a while! Also, I am in Montana visiting my beautiful 87-year-old aunt and will be off sequence for a few days. I will be doing some “Big Sky” Asanas!

Andrew, you are always so on point with where I am at! This morning on my hike I had a realization that the fear states (especially around A.I.) we are experiencing right now are actually Life challenging me to keep my heart open during this time of great uncertainty.  How much can I keep my heart and my mind open to all the change and my own fears? And, how can the words I use, my vocal expressions (including silence), connect me more closely to my world and all the people in it.  Being open-hearted in the face of fear is the work and the joy for me and Vishuddha plays big role in this...

beautiful as always, Andrew. I love vishuddha chakra and the area felt much lighter and more connected to invisible space around me than during Kundalini Beginnings.
