Andrew & Clelia Thank you so much, Andrew. This is so helpful and will be wonderful "fuel" :) for my contemplations today.  Also, I did a brief 20 minute practice today of spine warm ups and the wake-up series because I don' t have time today to the Ego Eradicator class (which I love!).  I be back in the sequence tomorrow.
