I made it through spinal stretch! I had to keep my legs quite high and support my neck with one hand but still I feel successful and ready to manifest my intention.

Hi Andrew, for the first time I am feeling lightness and seeing the light radiating from muladara chakra! For a long time that area of my body and energy was very dark, almost black.  So it is a treat to start experiencing the lightness.  I am so looking forward to starting your Journey Through the Chakras course a little later on this year.  For now, I am enjoying this moment! xoox
