Hi Andrew, Very helpful class. I strained my left hip this week and the exercises in this class were very nice rehab. Also, I appreciated the length of this class. I don't have time for a longer class today. It was wonderful to get some rehab and relaxation in under one hour.

what a challenging and intriguing class! the holding the poses (ones I have done many times over the years) for 3 to 5 minutes really gave me a new way to get in touch with my body and mind. I will be coming back to this one. thank you, Andrew!
